Pressureless Fuel Receiver Kit

Pressureless kits are used in mining applications on fuel tanks that are not designed to be pressurized during the fueling process.  When the fuel tank is full, the inlet valve adds back pressure to shut off the fuel nozzle.  

- Maximum 150 US GPM (567 LPM)

- Requires 2" female NPT ports for both the vent and inlet valve assembly.

- Works with all industry standard fuel nozzles (N150PBp, N150PSLp, FloMAX FNBL, FloMAX FN600, Wiggins ZZ9A1, Shaw 971-2020-01.

Kit includes the following:

PLA150M-VLCE Vent / level controller

PLA150-M SV - Pressureless inlet / shutoff valve assembly

R150CVRc-J - Steel fuel receiver with green poppet and Plastic cap (C150)

pl-p-6 - Stainless steel signal line with #6 JIC female ends (must confirm hose length when ordering).

FFV150-PL - Vent assembly for pressureless kit, including 3 micron element.
